Editors for ELM
ELM is currently seeking editors.  ELM is a place for Women and Men (and not so much family topic focused) so keep that in mind.  In fact, any kid/family topic must only be written under the Family category. I love being a mom and mom blogging but I felt like I need more stimulation and ways to remind myself that I'm not JUST a mom and wife but a woman.  ELM will have a magazine feel to it with a whole social network aspect.  It will include jobs, a forum, directory, pr connection and more.  

Editors will be able to write in any category as long as they have at least one post done for their assigned category.

What ELM Editors Get

    * 100% share of Google Adsense impressions for the ad embedded in the top right of their articles (still trying to figure this out but Kelby is helping me with it!) and I hope to be able to pay even more in the future.
    * 100 percent of affiliate revenue through text linking in article body (for example, linking the title of a book you mention in an article to Amazon and getting commission if someone buys it)
    * Inclusion on editors page with link back.
    * 1-2 sentence bio with your photo--This will be applied to the either each post you write or to the editor page.
    * Access to review products, custom creative campaigns, and possibly travel.
